How to register

The doctors welcome new patients who live within our practice area.

You can join the practice by bringing us your old medical card or by filling in a registration form which is available from the receptionists, you will need to have proof of your address i.e.,utility bill, driving licence.

As it takes a while for your old medical records to reach us, we may ask new patients to come to a new patient interview where we can get some background information, sort out any repeat prescriptions and form a plan of what the practice needs to organise for you.

Surgery times for registering are Tuesday - Friday 12 noon  - 4pm & 4.30pm - 6pm.
