About Us

The doctors and staff at Violet Lane Medical Practice in Croydon are proud to offer the highest standard of patient-centred healthcare. We run many clinics for the management of chronic diseases such as asthma and diabetes and offer a wide variety of other medical services including antenatal and postnatal care, minor surgery, childhood vaccinations and well-person check-ups.

In addition to everything you need to know about the practice you will also find a wealth of health-related information in our self help centre. Please have a look around and do send us some feedback if you like.

We are also a teaching practice for 5th year students from St Georges Medical School and soon to accommodate 3rd year students from King's Medical School.

Practice Information

Parking

Parking is only available on the roads nearby.

We have 3 parking spaces which are for GPs only. Please do not obstruct the cars because as GPs we need to get in and out of the surgery for emergencies.

We are also next door to a church and the priest has written to the practice asking us not to park in the church car park. The church car park tends to get busy when there are weddings and funerals.

Disabled Access

There is access for the disabled via the new front lobby door. There is also a fully equipped toilet with wheelchair access. Find out more about our disabled access

Patient Group

We are interested in hearing your views about the surgery, how well we are doing and how we may be able to improve the services we offer you – we can only do this with your help. You can find out more here

GP Patient Survey

The GP Patient Survey is an independent survey run by Ipsos MORI on behalf of NHS England. The survey is sent out to over two million people across England. The results show how people feel about their GP practice.
