Dr Adams joined Violet Lane Medical Practice as a GP Partner in 2023. With a particular interest in women's health, specifically contraception and menopause. She is experienced with coil and implant fittings, which are offered at the practice and holds an advanced certificate in menopause care. 

Dr Adams completed a master's in medical education and is involved in training new GPs, hospital trainees and medical students. She works closely with trainees to ensure this enriches the practice and enhances the quality of care offered.

When not at work, Dr Adams loves walking her dog, playing netball and spending time with her kids.

Dr Mousa Abdulahad

Dr Abdulahad joined Violet Lane Medical Practice as a GP Partner in 2023. With specialist interests in care home medicine, joint injections and lifestyle medicine, he is passionate about combining proactive, preventative care with modern medical practice.

A dedicated educator, he also serves as a GP Trainer and mentors the next generation of doctors and medical students coming through the practice. Alongside clinical work, he is currently completing a Senior Leadership MBA in Health and Social to help shape efficient, forward-thinking and high-quality healthcare services.

When off duty, he stays active by playing football, taking on hybrid fitness events, and regularly lining up for the local Saturday morning park run.

Dr Agatha Nortley-Meshe

Dr Agatha Nortley-Meshe joined Violet Lane Medical Practice as a Salaried GP in 2024. Alongside her clinical work, she brings extensive experience in clinical and system leadership across primary care, urgent and emergency care, and wider health services.

She is particularly passionate about preventative and whole-person care, reducing health inequalities, and helping people and communities to live healthier lives. Agatha also has a strong interest in developing and empowering others, and has held senior leadership roles supporting improvements in care across London and nationally.

Outside the practice, she is a speaker, mentor and leadership coach, and enjoys bringing people together to make positive change in healthcare. Away from medicine, Agatha loves spending time with her family, travelling, keeping active and finding any excuse for a little sparkle.

Dr Ruth Clery

Dr Clery recently joined Violet Lane Medical Practice as a salaried GP, having been a GP Partner elsewhere for many years. She has specialist interests in substance misuse, alcohol issues and smoking cessation, as well as interests in respiratory medicine and menopause management.

She is a dedicated educator, having been a GP Trainer and medical student tutor for many years.

When not working, she runs a Guide and Rainbow unit with Girlguiding Croydon, leads a Sunday School class at a local Baptist Church and is the current President of Croydon Medical Society. She enjoys travelling with her daughters and is trying to learn Spanish.

Dr Antoniya Kabir-Kostova

Joined the practice in 2024. I have a particular interest in dermatology and women’s health, as well as acute medicine, building on my experience as a core medical trainee before entering GP training.

Outside of work, I enjoy keeping active at the gym, hiking, travelling and reading.

Dr Deeksha Saluja

Dr Saluja joined Violet Lane Medical Practice as a salaried GP in 2025. Bringing valuable background experience in clinical cardiology and emergency medicine, she is highly motivated to advance and champion women’s health.

To further support our patients, Dr Saluja is currently expanding her expertise to provide contraception advice, as well as specialised training in contraceptive implants and coils.

Dr Fernando joined Violet Lane Medical Practice as a Salaried GP in Spring 2026.

In General Practice, Dr Fernando has experience of leading and running diabetic clinics, child and baby clinics and minor surgery, with an interest in these areas. He also has broad experience and skills in managing and delivering care and support, and an interest in those affected by Dementia through his work with Alzheimer’s Society.

Dr Fernando has extensive General Practice experience across different regions of London, Hampshire, and Surrey. In addition, he has significant experience working in out-of-hours emergency GP services, GP walk-in centres and emergency mobile GP services as a car doctor. In addition to general practice experience, he has extensive experience working in several teaching hospitals in a variety of specialities, which have included Accident and Emergency (A&E), Medical Assessment Unit (MAU and Intensive Care Units (ICU).

His varied hospital experience, combined with broad general practice experience in acute and chronic settings, including managing emergencies, has given him excellent skills and knowledge in identifying and managing a broad range of conditions seen in General Practice.

Dr Fernando believes in delivering high-quality patient-centred care. He’s a good listener and gives patients the time and attention they deserve, and has a friendly and caring nature.

When he’s not working as a doctor, he enjoys music, travelling, eating out and spending quality time with family.

Dr Genna Sole

Dr Sole joined Violet Lane Medical Practice in September 2026.
