Book An Appointment By Telephone
You can make an appointment by phone 020 8688 0333 between 8.00am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday.
Violet Lane operates an appointments only system for the Doctors. This system aims to provide continuity and the best possible level of care. Patients will be offered an appointment with their registering GP or with one of the other GPs.
Our Nurse Specialist Practitioner runs a Minor Illness Clinic every day for patients needing urgent appointments to be seen on that day. Patients can also book appointments with her for Asthma, Diabetes, Heart Disease and Family Planning.
Appointments are important and take time. If, for any reason, you cannot keep your appointment, Please let us know at the surgery, so that appointments can be offered to someone else. Thank you.
GP Hubs
If you then need to see a GP out of hours NHS 111 can book an appointment for you to be seen at one of the three new GP hubs in Croydon.
The hubs are open 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. You can also be seen at a GP Hub without an appointment but may have to wait.
