• For any practice related queries, repeat prescriptions, blood results, or to book a routine appointment please call us tomorrow when the surgery re-opens.
• If it’s a medical emergency, please dial 999. 
• If you need to see a GP this afternoon and cannot wait until tomorrow, please call 020 3727 5357 Option 4. You will be connected to the GP Out of Hours service. Please note this service covers the whole of Croydon and the phone line might be busy.
