Season's Greetings!

As winter sets in, we extend our heartfelt wishes for a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year 2026! This is our final newsletter for 2025, and we want to thank you for your continued support. Your feedback and participation have helped us maintain high standards of care and improve our services throughout the year.

Highlights from Our Last PPG Meeting

Our recent hybrid meeting was a great success! We met many of our wonderful members and received valuable suggestions for improving our services. Several of these ideas have already been implemented, and we are excited to share the updates below.

Service Updates

• Printed Prescription Requests – Reception can provide a printed list of your medications upon request.
• NHS App Support – Weekly sessions every Friday by Miss Amrita, IT/Data Manager. Book via reception

Upcoming PPG Meeting

• Date: Thursday, 5th February 2026
• Invitations will be sent in mid-January via email or post.
