PPG Newsletter: March 2024
Dear PPG Member,
We hope all is well with you.
Firstly, we would like to wish you all Happy Easter and wish you good health. In this letter we would like to inform you about the few updates at the surgery and the Services.
New Service Update
Firstly, a New phone system has been introduced at the surgery to ease the patients holding in queue and waiting for their turn, rather than waiting now you can choose an option for a call back and you will be assigning your position in the queue, and someone will be calling back once your turn come. Benefit of this system – You do not need to be waiting on call, less time consuming, less hassle. Secondly, we have appointed a new prescription clerk, who will be solely working on prescription to simplify the work.
