Success of the February PPG Meeting
Our 5 February 2026 PPG meeting was highly successful, with strong participation and meaningful contributions from all members. The practice expressed sincere appreciation for everyone’s engagement and support.
Key Updates
- Weekly NHS App support sessions continue to help patients use digital services effectively.
- Ongoing focus on supporting elderly and housebound patients, including access to prescriptions.
- Strengthening collaboration with Waddon Clinic and local community partners.
- Members suggested improved neighbourhood communication channels.
- Clarification provided on handling sensitive online triage notes.
How to Book an NHS App Support Session
Patients may book a session by:
- Calling the practice reception
- Visiting reception in person
- Submitting an online request via the practice website
These appointments support patients with NHS App setup, record access, and general digital navigation.
